Concept
`River of Lights` The concept for the river of lights was an intuitive response to the irregular shape of the existing lobby floor plan. Various shapes where tested and modelled in sketchup, a cardboard model made and preliminary costs developed. The final layout was determined by regular panel types with pre-drilled setouts, then arranged in an irregular way to give the illusion of a random crystaline sculpture. The client then informally named the lighting feature `river of lights`.
Client: Dexus Property Group, Jones Lang LaSalle. Cost: $250,000 AUD.
